The Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the Ministry of Agriculture and other 8 departments have recently issued the “Notice on Further Improving Supply Chain Innovation and Application.” Supply chain innovation pilot cities and enterprises are required to accelerate the resumption of work, strengthen regional collaboration, investigate supply chain risk points, and at the same time promote the digitalization and intelligent development of the supply chain to stabilize domestic and global supply chains. The notice pointed out that the tasks of the pilot under the new situation should be completed, and the development of the digitalization and intelligentization of the supply chain should be accelerated. Enterprises should proactively adapt to the changes in production, circulation, and consumption patterns brought about by the new coronary pneumonia epidemic, and accelerate the application of IoT, big data, edge computing, blockchain, 5G, artificial intelligence, augmented reality / virtual reality and other technologies in the supply chain.
